Starcom, the global media and communications agency, needed a way to prove the value of connected TV (CTV) for a leading quick-service restaurant client. Working with Kochava, Starcom faced the challenge of attributing CTV impressions to lower-funnel app actions like registrations and orders, and needed clearer outcomes measurement to justify increased CTV investment.
Kochava provided CTV attribution and impression-based view-through attribution (VTA) support through premium CTV partner integrations, including a campaign on NBCUniversal’s Peacock platform. The campaign reached over 11.5 million unique households with more than 20 million impressions, driving 19K+ new in-app registrations and 2.1 million+ in-app food and drink orders, while giving Starcom actionable performance insights to optimize spend.
