Kobie Marketing implemented its Kobie Alchemy® loyalty platform, connecting disparate systems to create a single customer view with real-time analytics, segmentation, and personalized campaign management. The new program improved tracking and redemption, introduced popular features like reward pooling, and delivered strong results: enrollment and redemptions doubled after launch, and from 2012 onward registration rose almost 15%, the account portfolio nearly doubled, redemptions increased just under 5%, and nearly 40% of earned points were redeemed.
