A Knox Case Study
The customer, MBC, is a small defense tech business that built AGORA, a neuro-symbolic multi-agent framework requiring high-level authorization. Their challenge was that their validated AI prototype could not be deployed on Department of Defense networks without achieving IL4/IL5 compliance, a process that typically takes years.
Knox provided a solution by allowing MBC to inherit a significant portion of security controls from their pre-authorized boundary. This enabled MBC to achieve FedRAMP authorization in a targeted 90 days instead of the usual 12-36 months, allowing their engineers to remain focused on their core mission. The AGORA system itself achieved a 94% grounded accuracy rate with a very low 1.9% hallucination rate.
