Sodexo faced the challenge of supporting 10,000 managers in adopting and understanding the Microsoft PowerBI application as part of its STEP performance management project. The objective was to facilitate the assimilation of the new analytics tool and support users as they expanded their scope of use.

The vendor Knowmore implemented a solution that provided customized, contextual guidance within the application. This included creating 10 guides and 350 tailored stickers adapted for 34 different countries. The result was that 150 out of 2,000 deployed users actively benefited from these Knowmore aids daily, successfully helping a large portion of the managerial workforce master the new analytics platform.
