A Knowmore Case Study
SNCF Voyages faced the challenge of training 3,000 agents on a major new version of its GMAT business application. The objective was to provide effective training for this large, mobile workforce that uses the application on both PCs and Android tablets. To meet this need, SNCF, recommended by CGI Business Consulting, chose to use the K-STUDIO solution from vendor Knowmore.
Knowmore implemented the solution by creating eight interactive training modules with K-STUDIO. These lightweight, responsive modules were made accessible on PCs and Android tablets, allowing agents to train, replay exercises, and self-assess their skills at any time. This enabled SNCF to successfully train its large contingent of agents with an initial and an additional follow-up course.
