QuickMS a Digital Adoption Platform to improve the user experience of their Qrew software

The customer, QuickMS, faced a challenge with the adoption of its Qrew HR interview management software. Their native help tool, Zoé, was dependent on the R&D team, which hindered the creation and updating of support materials for users. To improve the user experience and customer satisfaction, QuickMS sought a new solution from the vendor Knowmore.

Knowmore implemented its K-NOW Digital Adoption Platform to replace the existing tool. This allowed QuickMS's support teams to quickly and autonomously create targeted help content, such as informational pushes and field-specific guidance. The integration was completed rapidly, with the first K-NOW help files published for over 10,000 users within weeks. This new solution improved user satisfaction and enabled more comprehensive use of the Qrew software.
