The customer, Michelin, sought to standardize and accelerate its financial processes while ensuring consistent global adoption by its teams. To overcome this challenge, they partnered with the vendor Knowmore and utilized their K-STUDIO product for training.

Knowmore's solution involved creating interactive simulations of the Oracle e-business suite, which provided hands-on training and allowed learners to practice as if they were in the actual application. This project was a success, resulting in uniform process implementation and earning Michelin and Knowmore a change management trophy. The positive outcome led Michelin to expand the use of these simulated training sessions to other global regions.
