GNFA, a training organization for the automotive sector, faced the challenge of providing its 3,000 technical center agents with effective annual certification training. The organization needed a modern solution to help trainees recognize a wide array of vehicle defects in preparation for their roadworthiness inspections, a task that was limited by the availability of physical vehicles in traditional training. To overcome this, GNFA partnered with the vendor Knowmore and utilized its K-STUDIO service.
Knowmore implemented a solution using K-STUDIO to create simulated exercises featuring interactive 3D images of cars with various defects. This virtual approach provided agents with a vast and adaptable range of cases to practice on, unrestricted by physical vehicle availability. The solution is updated annually to reflect changing regulations, ensuring the training remains current and effectively prepares agents for their certification exams.
