Allianz migrates its historical claims management application to the web

The customer, Allianz, a world leader in insurance, faced the challenge of modernizing its historical Allianz Business System (ABS) claims management application by migrating it from a Windows version to a web version as part of its Global One program. The vendor, Knowmore, was engaged to assist with this large-scale technological transition.

Knowmore implemented its K-STUDIO solution to create a simulated training environment. They developed 68 exercises that replicated 100% of the ABS application's behavior in a web browser. This solution successfully trained 7,000 Allianz employees, preparing them for the new web-based system and ensuring a smooth migration.
