The University of Oklahoma, with nearly 50,000 faculty, staff, and students across three campuses, faced the challenge of integrating cybersecurity best practices into its academic culture. To address this, the university partnered with KnowBe4 to deploy its Security Awareness Training and PhishER products to educate its varied population and reduce human risk.

By implementing KnowBe4's role-based training and simulated phishing tests with just-in-time training, the university saw significant improvement. The staff's Phish-prone Percentage dropped from a baseline of 13.9% to 4%. Furthermore, the PhishER platform quarantined nearly 150,000 malicious emails over six months, automating the response to user-reported threats and saving the incident response team crucial time.
