Shift, a Brazilian diagnostic medicine IT company that supports clinical labs across Latin America and processes information for over 370 million tests annually, needed to strengthen data protection and build an organization-wide security culture in line with Brazil’s LGPD. KnowBe4’s platform was rolled out with curated content, a 10‑week deployment, and a cadence of biweekly 20‑minute courses, web series (including The Inside Man), games and simulated phishing. The program drove measurable results for Shift: over 60 trainings in a year, training completion above 80%, 95% of employees saying campaigns increased their awareness, roughly 80% of staff now consult IT/security about suspected phishing, and a stronger security culture that included hiring a CISO—while managers use KnowBe4 dashboards and alerts to track KPIs and expand the program.
