Secret Escapes Trusts KnowBe4 to Decrease Fraud and Develop Human Firewall

Secret Escapes, the UK-based members-only luxury travel site with over 20 million members in 21 countries, faced rising CEO fraud and phishing attacks and had limited security resources when its CTO prioritized building a human firewall. After an RFI/RFP, Secret Escapes selected KnowBe4 for its breadth of content, cost-effectiveness and structured onboarding.

KnowBe4 delivered its Security Awareness Training and Automated Security Awareness Program (ASAP), plus phishing simulations and policy-management capabilities, enabling monthly micro‑training, quarterly phishing tests and global rollout. As a result of KnowBe4’s program Secret Escapes reduced its Phish‑prone Percentage from 17.9% to 4.4%, runs training/testing at least 12 times a year, and saved several weeks on compliance and reporting while fostering a stronger security culture.
