OnSolve, a crisis-management and mass-notification provider with about 450 employees serving 30,000 customers worldwide, needed a scalable way to move beyond a home-grown security awareness program and strengthen user reporting and phishing defenses. The company worked with KnowBe4 and its security awareness training (SAT) platform — including modules like Inside Man and the Phish Alert Button — to standardize training, maintain compliance, and build a security-aware culture.

KnowBe4’s platform delivered a mix of off-the-shelf and OnSolve-built custom trainings, simulated phishing, and the Phish Alert Button to streamline reporting. As a result, KnowBe4 helped OnSolve train and test all 450 users, cut phishing investigation time from roughly an hour to minutes, and drive the company’s Phish‑prone™ Percentage down to just 3–4%, while improving user engagement and collaboration with the security team.
