IACC Professional Institute, an education provider headquartered in Santiago, Chile, faced the challenge of improving its security culture and reducing user click rates on phishing emails. After an unsatisfactory experience with a prior vendor, IACC selected KnowBe4 and its Security Awareness Training platform (KSAT) to deliver a complete, consistent training and phishing-simulation strategy.

KnowBe4 supplied KSAT, ModStore content, simulated phishing templates, and ongoing support from a Customer Success Manager; clicking users were automatically enrolled in remedial training and results are reported to management. The program achieved 72% employee participation in the initial training (of 320 employees), a 25% click rate on the first phishing trial (a 45% improvement versus the previous provider), and has trained 230 employees to date, with IACC now planning segmented campaigns and evaluating KnowBe4’s AIDA AI tool.
