Depop, the peer-to-peer global fashion marketplace with over 27 million users and 300+ employees, needed to strengthen its security posture after an audit and build a roadmap that prioritized documented policies and company-wide security awareness. KnowBe4 delivered role- and department-customized training, simulated phishing campaigns, gamified leaderboards, and executive reporting, backed by responsive customer success support, and is now embedded in Depop’s security roadmap. The results were tangible: 81 policy acknowledgements in just over an hour, a drop in Phish-Prone percentage from a 29% baseline to 17% in January and 9.8% in February, and an overall 20% reduction in people falling for phishing within eight months.
