Beveland Wonen, a nonprofit social housing organization in Goes, Netherlands, faced rising cyber threats and a wide range of digital literacy among its roughly 130 staff after nearby organizations were targeted by ransomware. KnowBe4 implemented a continuous program of frequent, localized training and biweekly simulated phishing tests, automatic onboarding training for new hires, and PAB reporting integrated with PhishER for automated triage. As a result, Beveland Wonen’s Phish-prone Percentage fell from 12% to 1%, users report about 90 suspicious emails per quarter, and PhishER automatically resolves 25% of reported messages—saving the IT team roughly three weeks of investigation time per year—while fostering a culture of ongoing security awareness.
