Alliance for Strong Families and Communities - Customer Case Study

The Alliance for Strong Families and Communities, a network of social-sector leaders serving 110 employees and handling sensitive health records, needed to build a stronger culture of security awareness beyond basic HIPAA training. They selected KnowBe4’s security awareness training (SAT) and simulated phishing tools to develop a “human firewall” and measure risk with the Phish-Prone Percentage metric.

KnowBe4 delivered monthly training, simulated phishing tests, immediate remediation for failures, custom phishing templates and the Phish Alert Button, and the Alliance ramped up test complexity in year two. As a result, the Alliance saw its PPP fall from about 36% to 2.2%, improved reporting and IT–user collaboration, and a matured, measurable security-awareness program powered by KnowBe4.
