Ferrari Group, a global logistics provider for luxury goods with 1,600+ employees across 25+ countries, needed to standardize and scale security awareness training that was previously infrequent, long, and offered in only a few languages. KnowBe4 implemented shorter, localized training, regular simulated phishing tests, Compliance Plus for consolidated regulatory training, SecurityCoach for real-time nudges, and the Phish Alert Button for rapid reporting. Within months KnowBe4 helped Ferrari Group raise training completion to 80%, cut the Phish-prone Percentage from 31.3% to 11.4%, and increase suspicious-email reporting from 1.3% to 14.2%, while simplifying compliance administration.
