Anglo-Eastern Ship Management, a Hong Kong vessel manager with 750+ ships and 32,000+ seafarers, faced regular phishing attacks across a widely dispersed workforce and needed relevant, scalable cybersecurity training. Concerned about creating varied content quickly and improving awareness from top to bottom, Anglo-Eastern selected KnowBe4 and its HRM+ platform to address these challenges.

KnowBe4 implemented monthly micro-training, regular phishing simulations and the Phish Alert Button to make training fast, relevant and measurable. Within a year completion climbed to 90–93%, reported phishing emails spiked to about 200 in a day during a real campaign, and the Phish-prone™ Percentage dropped from ~60% to 5% (a 55 percentage-point decrease), helping Anglo-Eastern earn platinum recognition for staff cybersecurity awareness.
