Teachable, a fast-growing online course platform, expanded from 1 employee to 80 in four years and moved nine times within downtown New York City. Knotel provided Teachable with flexible office space and managed services, including move coordination, design support, IT and office management, and day-to-day operational tasks like cleaning, coffee, and maintenance. The first move into a 6,000-square-foot HQ took just two months instead of the usual six, and when Teachable outgrew that space, Knotel quickly secured a larger 13,000-square-foot office, helping the company stay productive and scale without the burden of a long-term lease.
