Sares-Regis Group, a multifamily real estate operator, was looking to improve the performance of its property websites after noticing that contact forms were not converting web traffic into tours as effectively as they could. Knock’s online scheduling tool was introduced to help turn more website visitors into tour appointments, starting with a high-profile lease-up community in Los Angeles called Eastown.

Knock worked with Eastown’s web developer to quickly deploy self-scheduling on the community website, allowing prospects to book tours 24/7. Within six months, Knock generated 267 tours and 36 signed leases, producing more than $1 million in annual revenue. The rollout also converted an average of 40 website visitors into scheduled tours per month and became Sares-Regis Group’s top marketing channel.
