The Fertilizer Institute (TFI), a national trade association, needed to refine its marketing strategy to improve public perception of the fertilizer industry. To do this, they turned to vendor Knit to gain insights into their current brand messaging, identify the most effective marketing channels, and determine a compelling brand ambassador.
Using Knit's research platform, TFI conducted a combined quantitative and qualitative study to gather consumer feedback on messaging and perceptions. The insights gained allowed TFI to optimize its marketing campaign, which resulted in a 14% increase in clicks, a 130% higher engagement rate, and 62% more impressions, all while using the same budget as the previous year.
