P&G, the multinational consumer goods company, needed faster, more reliable visibility across a highly complex global supply chain spanning thousands of products, components, vendors, plants, and inventory records. During disruptions like the pandemic, manual data collection across multiple systems was too slow and required significant expert effort. KNIME provided the analytics platform used to help address this challenge.

Using KNIME workflows and dashboards, P&G and its partner phData fully automated data integration from manufacturing, lab, supply chain, quality, and inventory sources into a single real-time view. The solution reduced data gathering from hours to minutes, eliminated the need for 10+ data-navigation experts, and replaced daily regional review meetings with one global decision meeting. P&G also reported around 8,000 KNIME users globally, showing broad internal adoption and upskilling.
