This process required input from up to six different parties, including technicians and doctors, each needing access to specific case information. KND Digital addressed this by designing and building a custom SaaS platform for them called "Homebase."

KND Digital developed the Homebase solution to provide each party with secure, specific access to cases in their required format. The system features a two-way API booking connection and integrated invoicing, with all data siloed and encrypted to meet national healthcare standards. The solution implemented by KND Digital enabled Sleep Testing Australia to increase its workload capacity several times over while providing better transparency and significantly reducing errors.
