TriStar Plastics, an engineered plastics solutions provider that helps engineers design custom components, select materials, and build prototypes, needed a better way to host its online materials database of more than 420 plastics. Their previous ecommerce CMS had unnecessary overhead, limited customization, and made enhancements cost- and time-prohibitive.

By rebuilding the database on Knack, TriStar quickly recreated and enhanced their system, added a separate front-end for inside sales, and moved data to the cloud to eliminate maintenance and backup concerns.
