The Veterans Health Administration faced the challenge of rapidly deploying mandatory compliance training to thousands of community healthcare providers nationwide as required by the VA MISSION Act. They needed a secure, scalable platform to manage this training, track completions, and protect sensitive data. KMI Learning was engaged to provide a solution using a tailored instance of the VHA TRAIN – Mission Act platform.

KMI Learning implemented a high-availability cloud-based solution that automated account creation and could support 10,000 concurrent users. The platform delivered SCORM-based training, tracked continuing education credits, and integrated with external systems. This resulted in the successful, rapid rollout of training, providing the VHA with a unified view of provider compliance and supporting their mission to expand care for veterans.
