SUEZ North America Implements KloudGin for Asset and Workforce Management as Key Components of Digital Transformation Initiative

SUEZ North America, a large water and wastewater operator serving nearly 7 million people across all 50 states and Canada, launched a digital transformation to move from analog to a cloud-based utility model and to better manage both linear and vertical assets and a widely distributed field workforce. To meet requirements for a single scheduling engine, consolidated workflows, real-time GIS and mobile-first field access, SUEZ selected KloudGin and deployed KloudGin’s Asset Management Suite, Field Service Suite, Asset Analytics & Data Warehouse and Field Crew Mobile App with Esri GIS integration.

KloudGin delivered a cloud-native EAM and mobile field service solution that went live in 20 weeks, tightly integrated with Esri and partners to enable bi-directional GIS updates, offline mobile capture and single-sign-on across systems. The deployment replaced multiple point systems with one platform, sped field data collection, reduced technology burden on crews, shortened typical deployment cycles from months to weeks, and is now live at three sites with plans to expand to 40+ sites—while enabling rapid remote operations (nine call centers moved to work-from-home in two days) and improved customer notifications and operational predictability.
