Commercial Service Solutions (CSS), a national commercial cleaning and floor-care provider with a 400+ multi-state mobile workforce, struggled with a rigid, costly legacy system that required heavy customization and paper-based field processes. CSS needed a cloud-based ERP and field service solution that non‑technical crews could use to manage work orders, mobile timecards, GPS tracking, truck and warehouse inventory, and out‑of‑the‑box integrations for quote‑to‑order, service‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay. To solve this, CSS evaluated vendors and selected KloudGin and its Intelligent Field Service Management System.
KloudGin delivered a configurable, mobile-first platform with scheduling/dispatch automation, routing, real‑time inventory visibility, modern time‑clocking and service‑contract lifecycle management, plus integrations to Sage Intacct and Kronos to avoid manual re‑keying. The deployment eliminated paper timecards and work orders, standardized crew time tracking, enabled crews to record local purchases and complex transactions in the field, and gave managers real‑time visibility into work and inventory. KloudGin’s solution improved field efficiency, responsiveness and customer service while helping CSS better control costs.
