iWired, a Scottsdale-based leader in home automation that has connected more than 20,000 homes, faced growing pains from paper schedules, spreadsheets and disconnected systems that were hurting customer service and profitability. To automate work order management and gain real-time operational and financial visibility (integrated with Sage Intacct), iWired selected KloudGin for mobile work order management and process automation across quoting, service contracts, construction projects, inventory and procurement.

KloudGin implemented mobile scheduling, kit-based quoting, real-time inventory tracking, multi-price-list billing and an out-of-the-box integration with Sage Intacct. The solution automated quoting and billing workflows, reduced days sales outstanding by eliminating manual billing effort, minimized excess inventory while ensuring installers had required parts, and gave iWired’s finance team the transaction-level visibility needed to make faster business decisions.
