ArborWorks Transforms Business Operations from Paper to Digital with KloudGin

ArborWorks is a vegetation management and wildfire mitigation firm operating across multiple U.S. states with about 1,200 field employees and roughly 60 crews working daily. The company faced major operational bottlenecks from paper-based payroll, timekeeping, safety logs and billing that delayed revenue recognition and deprived leadership of field metrics. To digitize operations, ArborWorks selected KloudGin’s field service management and cloud platform (integrated with Sage) to replace manual processes and enable real-time field data collection.

KloudGin rolled out an integrated solution that provided daily live crew tracking, productivity and safety dashboards, P&L by crew, and centralized billing and collections via Sage integration. As a result, ArborWorks reduced field administrative work by 2–3 hours per day, shortened billing cycles to accelerate payments to employees and vendors, gained the ability to benchmark and scale across new regions, and now tracks performance for 60 crews daily — demonstrating clear productivity, safety, and financial improvements driven by KloudGin.
