Unito is a Montreal‑based startup (founded 2016) that builds two‑way integrations between collaboration tools like Jira, Trello, Asana and GitHub. Growing quickly after a $10.5M Series A and scaling to ~50 employees, the company faced the classic fast‑moving challenge: small operational bumps can have outsized impact, so they needed clear, timely visibility into product, marketing and financial health to course‑correct and sustain momentum.
