Overcoming a Hubspot data roadblock for an American Marketing Agency

An American marketing and consulting firm that builds Klipfolio BI dashboards needed to display specific contact metrics from HubSpot—prospects, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities and clients—but those values lived across multiple HubSpot Contact API fields and there was no single connector to produce the combined dataset the dashboard required.

AstrealT built a Java-based data-preparation utility that authenticates to HubSpot, issues multiple REST calls, parses and merges the returned JSON into a single data source, and pushes it to Klipfolio via its API on a scheduled cadence. The agency now has up-to-date YTD/MTD Klipfolio dashboards and can view daily stats and performance comparisons for prospects, leads, SQLs, opportunities and clients at the contact level.
