Iotum, a Toronto- and Los Angeles–based provider of audio and web conferencing services serving millions of users, needed a single view of disparate sales and marketing data. Their teams were juggling varied sources—daily conversions, website signups, call ratings, and mixed telecom vs. web-service metrics—compounded by data from several recent acquisitions, making it hard to track performance across funnels and time.
Iotum implemented Klipfolio to aggregate data from multiple sources (including Google Analytics, with Marketo planned) into real-time dashboards that support month-over-month, quarterly, and yearly comparisons. The dashboards now give sales, marketing, and executives a unified, actionable view—enabling faster issue detection (for example, spotting and addressing spikes in dropped calls)—and have become central to the company’s monitoring and decision-making.
