Their HubSpot data was complicated by custom fields that changed frequently, making it hard to use the standard connector or create a single API call, and they lacked the technical in-house resources to solve it.

Klipfolio, through its partner AstrealT, implemented a custom HubSpot data preparation utility that dynamically pulled pipeline data from HubSpot and pushed it into Klipfolio via the API. As a result, the agency gained the dashboards and historical views it needed to track prospects, leads, SQLs, opportunities, and clients over time, and the client was reported to be very happy with the solution.
