Puma, the global sportswear brand selling on Magento, faced lost sales from on-site “no results” searches as its direct-to-consumer business grew. To better understand customer search behavior and direct shoppers to the right products, Puma engaged Klevu and implemented Klevu’s AI-powered Discovery Suite / Smart Search.

Klevu deployed AI-driven search, merchandising and redirect rules (for example routing athlete-name queries and “returns” to the correct pages) and scaled the solution from one site to more than 10 regional sites. The Klevu implementation increased Puma’s search-led conversion by 52% and drove global improvements in AOV, value per session and site-wide conversion rate.
