Laura Mercier & Bare Minerals, newly acquired by Orveon Group, needed to relaunch global flagship stores and overcome common beauty e‑commerce challenges — especially selling complexion products online where fit and personalization matter. Working with Half Helix, they replatformed to Shopify 2.0 and selected Klevu for personalized search and product discovery to give shoppers more relevant, natural‑language search results and support regional site flexibility.
Klevu implemented AI‑driven onsite search, Smart Merchandising, NLP and personalization via its API to surface the right products and inform content and merchandising. The results were measurable: Klevu helped drive a 38% increase in AOV for Laura Mercier and a 26% lift in ecommerce conversion for Bare Minerals, plus double‑digit reductions in bounce rates and faster page performance for BareMinerals.
