Paul Smith, the global luxury fashion brand, needed its digital storefront to reflect the creativity and distinctiveness of its physical shops but was held back by a fixed monolithic frontend. To kick off a composable ecommerce journey and improve product discovery, Paul Smith partnered with Klevu, installing Klevu Search and Klevu’s Product Discovery Platform (category merchandising and recommendations) on its existing site before a full replatform.
Klevu’s AI-driven search and merchandising replaced legacy tools (Attraqt and Nosto), integrated with a headless frontend by Limesharp, and automated relevance to boost conversion. The results were substantial: Klevu delivered a 74% increase in revenue from search, a 31% uplift in ecommerce conversion rate and a 26% rise in per-session value, with category gains (men’s pages: +34% conversion, +20% per-session value; women’s pages: +49% conversion, +15% per-session value).
