How an omnichannel retailer doubled click through rates online in 2-weeks with Klevu Discovery Suite

Eurokangas, a 75-year-old Finnish homewares and textiles retailer with 31 physical stores and an ecommerce platform, was struggling to merchandise very large categories (some with 3,000+ products) using only basic filters like age or price. To solve this, Eurokangas partnered with Klevu and implemented Klevu’s Product Discovery Suite, including Smart Category Merchandising and Smart Recommendations, to improve product discovery and personalization.

Klevu’s solution used live browser behavior, search history and navigation data, plus easy-to-integrate APIs for a headless Magento/Vue Storefront setup, allowing Eurokangas to automate merchandising, pin limited-run items and tailor recommendations across product, category and search pages. The impact was rapid and measurable: category page click-through rates doubled within two weeks and then nearly tripled, mobile/tablet conversion rose by 20%, and site performance improvements positively affected Google Core Web Vitals.
