Biscuiteers, a London-based maker of hand-iced biscuits and gifting specialist with a headless Magento site built by Tom&Co., faced a poor on-site search experience after a redesign that made finding the perfect gift difficult. Klevu was recommended to improve discovery — deploying its AI-powered smart search/Product Discovery Suite to surface relevant products and guide shoppers.

Klevu implemented AI-driven recommended products, suggested searches and a Magento connector to index Biscuiteers’ catalog and continuously optimize results, while Tom&Co. handled the headless presentation. Klevu’s solution nearly doubled the number of visitors using search, contributed to +8% revenue from search YoY and +9% search-led conversion YoY, increased search sessions from 6% to 8% YoY, and provided analytics that enabled timely merchandising decisions (e.g., advancing a Jubilee launch), supporting an overall conversion uplift and additional add-on revenue.
