Astrid & Miyu, a demi-luxury jewelry brand with 16 physical stores and three Shopify instances, needed to unify its online and offline customer journey, boost search-driven conversion, and make content management easier during a Shopify 2.0 rebuild. To meet those goals they engaged Klevu’s AI-powered search and discovery platform (implemented via Klevu’s JS template) alongside creative agency By Association Only for a full UX and omnichannel overhaul.
Klevu delivered a custom search overlay, curated landing pages, product personalization, and content recommendations integrated into the Shopify build, while BAO handled the UX and back‑office improvements. The Klevu implementation produced measurable gains—54% increase in revenue from search, 28% increase in search engagement, and 40% of transactions now coming from search—plus higher conversion rates for search users and strong interaction shown in heatmaps.
