PNW Dental, a four-person dental practice in Bend, Oregon, partnered with Kleer to solve a membership challenge: before joining Kleer in July 2019, the practice had no membership plan in place to support its 720 patients, 30% of whom were uninsured.
Using Kleer’s membership plan platform, office manager Lindsay Bradbury launched website, email, direct mail, referral, and local employer outreach campaigns to promote the plan. The results were strong: PNW Dental sold 208 membership plans in one year, generated $83,009 in recurring annual revenue, increased new patients by 50%, enrolled 96% of uninsured patients, and added 2 employers in just 3 weeks.
