Plum Dental Group, a 30-dentist organization with 17 offices across Rhode Island and eastern Connecticut, had a homegrown membership plan that wasn’t gaining traction. Staff didn’t promote it, dentists weren’t engaged, and manual processes made the plan cumbersome to manage and difficult for patients to understand and use.
Kleer provided a customizable dental membership platform that let Plum create separate plans for each location, automate sign-up and renewals, and promote the plan through website widgets, QR-code brochures, and a central portal. With Kleer, Plum rolled out the program across 13 locations in phase one, added 25 members in the first month, and reached 783 members and $250,560 in recurring subscription revenue in under 10 months.
