Ninth East Dental Reaches “Kleer Preferred Level” Practice Status

Ninth East Dental, a two-dentist family practice in Provo, Utah, wanted a better way to manage its home-grown membership plan. Their paper-based system created administrative hassles, paperwork, and a poor patient experience, while also taking too much time to run and maintain. To solve this, the practice turned to Kleer and its cloud-based membership plan platform.

With Kleer, Ninth East Dental built customized care plans for children, adults, and periodontal patients, added automated billing and renewals, and used marketing tools to promote the program to uninsured patients. In the first 90 days, the practice sold 47 memberships and generated $15,885 in recurring revenue, and it later approached 200 memberships while reaching “Kleer Preferred Level” status. The new program also improved treatment compliance, boosted hygiene department profitability, and made membership management far easier for the team.
