Heppner used Klaxoon’s Brainstorm tool to help its team collect and organize ideas for a sustainability-focused initiative. The challenge was to engage team members in identifying concrete actions they could take individually and collectively to reduce their environmental footprint.

With Klaxoon, Heppner was able to run a structured idea-collection campaign, gather around 50 ideas, identify about 15 actionable measures, and jointly select 6 actions to include in its objectives. Klaxoon helped the team turn discussion into commitment, with members aligning on the sustainability actions they would take forward.
