A Klaxoon Case Study
Allianz, a large business transformation unit with 116 members and weekly meetings of 20 to 60 participants, needed a better way to run its “half-time” weekly sessions. The existing meetings were too top-down, too long, and didn’t give employees enough opportunity to share ideas, problems, or feedback. Agile Coach Christelle Shan turned to Klaxoon, using Klaxoon Board to make the meetings more participatory and better suited to remote and hybrid work.
Klaxoon helped Allianz redesign the weekly meeting into a structured, interactive Board where team members submit topics in advance, vote on the agenda, and track actions and follow-ups. The result was more effective 30-minute meetings, clearer information flow, stronger participation, and a greater sense of belonging across the team. Allianz also began using Klaxoon Board asynchronously for project updates and issue escalation, turning it into a broader collaboration tool.
