Transforming its weekly team meeting to improve performance

MerConcept, the ocean racing stable led by François Gabart, has around 40 associates working across different sites and needed a better way to make its weekly team meetings more effective and inclusive. Using Klaxoon, the team sought to improve coordination and performance during their regular syncs.

Klaxoon implemented Brainstorm and a Weekly Template to structure the Monday meeting, replacing the old process where managers simply sent topics in advance. Each team member now shares weekly successes and upcoming challenges before the meeting, and everyone actively participates in the discussion. The result is a more collaborative meeting where roles are reversed and every participant becomes an actor in the exchange, helping MerConcept work more efficiently even remotely.
