A Klaxoon Case Study
Département de la Loire wanted to improve the attractiveness of its territory by better understanding the people they wanted to reach. Working with Klaxoon, the team used its collaboration platform to build personas for potential visitors and align communication messages with each target audience.
Using Klaxoon Boards, ten elected members worked together in person or remotely to create eight typical visitor profiles based on photos representing five reasons to come to the Loire. By allowing participants to quickly “like” the most relevant images, Klaxoon helped the department save time, define its target audiences more precisely, and prepare more effective campaign messaging.
