With in-person travel disrupted, the team needed a digital approach that would let everyone contribute ideas and decisions in real time. Using Klaxoon’s Brainstorm, Surveys, Live Storm, Questions, and Meeting features, Strategic North structured workshops into short, interactive segments that kept participants engaged and made it easier to gather input, prioritize ideas, and reach decisions quickly. The results were strong: the firm ran 50+ virtual workshops in four months, 89% of participants said Klaxoon was very easy to use, and one 70-person global strategy workshop was aligned in under three hours. Strategic North also reported smoother facilitation, more inclusive participation, and faster decision-making thanks to Klaxoon.
