Case Study: Orange enhances training icebreakers and team connection with Klaxoon

Starting a training session with an icebreaker to get to know each other

Orange’s Learning and Skills Development Partner Billy Fautrelle was looking for a way to make training sessions more engaging and help participants feel comfortable from the start. To support this challenge, Orange used Klaxoon, specifically Brainstorm, to add an interactive icebreaker at the beginning of each session.

With Klaxoon, Billy runs a “Who’s Who?” activity based on Agile methods, where participants guess who is behind each anecdote and get to know one another quickly. The result is a warmer, more connected atmosphere that helps learning get off to a strong start; no timer is used, so the activity lasts as long as needed to build comfort and participation.
