SIILAB, a regional innovation laboratory within the DRJSCS, needed a way for its 15-person team to keep working and stay aligned while working remotely. With Klaxoon’s Brainstorm tool, project manager Julien Kounowski looked for a simple way to maintain communication, track progress, and keep departmental objectives moving forward from home.

Klaxoon’s Brainstorm was used as a shared digital workspace where the team could post documents, meeting notes, task updates, shared agendas, and weekly discussion points. The result was smoother collaboration and better visibility into who was doing what, helping SIILAB continue managing projects efficiently even while remote.
